EMERGENCY AND OUT OF HOURS ADVICE

If you require urgent dental care, please call us on the day you need to be seen from 8:30AM, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For emergencies during weekends, please phone the practice and follow the instructions provided on our voicemail for further assistance.

For a genuine dental emergency please call the Practice on 028 3833 4672 or 028 3839 1700 to be triaged by one of our dental team. If we are unable to take your call please leave your name, a contact telephone number along with a short message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please do not come to the Practice unless you have been advised to attend

If you have been advised by one of our Dentists to attend the Practice, we have some extra measures that we would like you to follow before coming to your appointment:

Please inform the Dentist if you feel unwell (temperature/cough/shortness of breath)
Use your toilet at home before appointment
Wash your hands thoroughly before leaving your home
Arrive on time for your appointment. There are no waiting facilities, so stay in your car until reception staff phone you
Please leave all unnecessary personal belongings in your car

Come alone unless you are a child under 16 years or if you need support from 1 other person
Use hand santiser at reception on arrival
Only contactless card payments please
On entering the Practice, do not cross the red line on floor until advised to do so.
